We have all heard about 50 Shades of Grey, but what about the many shades of nude? PANTONE, the global authority on color, have just introduced the first scientifically-based guide for matching and reproducing lifelike skin tones – 110 shades to be exact. More than 1,000 human skin measurements were collected from participants across a diverse range of ethnicities and age groups to create the PANTONE SkinTone Guide. To ensure a universally precise sample, several high-end spectrophotometers were used to create the guide, which defines the 110 most reproducible colors. The PANTONE SkinTone Guide is available immediately for U.S. $89.
